Rentals are on a weekly basis from Saturday after 4 pm until the following Saturday before 10 am. A 10% discount will be given for a rental rate of two weeks or more. Monthly rates are listed above.
A nonrefundable deposit of 30% will confirm a reservation.
The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations are held for a period of ten days pending receipt of your deposit. The rental rate includes electricity and departure cleaning.
Once a reservation is made, the guest has made the commitment to pay the full amount. Payments are refundable in the event of cancellation only if the reserved space is rebooked.
In the months when central heating is used, the gas usage is metered and charged at our cost based on usage.
Subleasing is not permitted.
