Formal manicured gardens, covered shady pergola, separate terrace with umbrella, tables and chairs for outdoor dining, sipping wine and enjoying the views, fireplace for barbecuing, outdoor pizza oven. The pool is 5x15 meters with a magnificent view of the hills and Monteleone, bordered with Roman stone with a pergola to enjoy lunch by the pool.
